This position is for a Patient Care Coordinator in the OB/Maternity department, working the night shift. Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
BSN degree within 5 years of start date
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
2 years in the specialty area preferred
Must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
Must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care within the OB/Maternity department.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including RNs, providers, clinicians, and support staff.
Transition into the new role with support from experienced and new graduate RNs.
Utilize the latest technology to support clinicians.
Participate in educational offerings, leadership development, simulation education, and tuition reimbursement programs.
