Desert Sun Endodontics is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, including verification and breakdown of benefits
- Working knowledge of dentistry, specifically endodontics
- Comfortable with basic math and financial calculations related to treatment planning
- Computer literate with moderate to fast typing speed
- Ability to create, interpret, and communicate treatment plans accurately
- Experience handling a multi-line phone system in a fast-paced environment
