About The Position

Clear Lakes Dental provides exceptional care in preventative, restorative and other dental services in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. Started in 2017, we currently have multiple offices open in East Saint Paul, West Saint Paul, Brooklyn Park, Robbinsdale, Coon Rapids, Richfield, Rochester, Eden Prairie, and Burnsville – with more offices to open in the future! We are a dental practice that treats patients of all ages. Currently, we are searching for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator. PCCs will enjoy the excitement of a high quality, fast paced practice. We have a strong team. Best of all, there is NO prior dental office experience needed and we provide 100% fully paid training!

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls
• Schedule appointments appropriately
• Verify all insurance as needed via online or phone
• Contact patients as necessary for follow up appointments
• Other duties as assigned
• All of this is completed in a team environment!
