The Hearing Care Coordinator (HCC) works closely with the clinical staff to ensure patients are provided with quality care and service. By partnering with the Hearing Care Professionals onsite, the HCC provides support to referring physicians and patients. The HCC will schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits and details, and assist with support needs within the clinic. This role involves greeting patients, making outbound calls for follow-ups and evaluations, managing patient intake and files, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, providing first-level patient support, processing payments, handling repairs under supervision, preparing bank deposits, assisting with sales of accessories, processing patient orders, maintaining inventory, and supporting community outreach events.
