About The Position

Resolve Sleep Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team in Sechelt, BC. This is a 12-month term position with the potential to transition into a full-time role. In this front-line role, the Patient Care Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for setting a positive and supportive tone, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, supporting the clinical team, and delivering excellent patient care.

Requirements

  • A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese required
  • Detail-oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a busy clinic
  • A team-first mindset and a solutions-focused approach
  • Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service
  • Comfort with digital tools, including attention to detail and accuracy in EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
  • Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
  • Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
  • Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
  • Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
  • Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
  • Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values
