About The Position

Altima Port Hope Dental Centre is seeking a passionate, people-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join their team. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role. The clinic aims to create a warm, friendly, and supportive environment and is looking for someone who shares their commitment to exceptional patient care. The Patient Care Coordinator will be the first point of contact, responsible for shaping the patient experience and ensuring smooth, comfortable, and informative visits from beginning to end. The clinic is located in Port Hope.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of dental administration/reception experience (or a diploma in administration + relevant experience)
• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel & Outlook preferred)
• A warm, engaging personality that helps patients feel at ease
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping others

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Dentrix is an asset
