About The Position
The team at Bright Dental Centre located in Russell, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Patient Care Coordinator on a part-time basis. The ideal Patient Care Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment. Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is a must
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is organized and enjoys multitasking
- Has a positive attitude and loves working as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix preferred
