Requirements

  • 2+ years of success in: Automotive sales (car sales), Inside sales / phone sales / call center sales, Luxury retail or high-end clienteling, Spa, med spa, or wellness management.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
  • Strong skills in closing, rapport building, and consultative selling.
  • Confident, polished, and professional with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
  • Passion for beauty, aesthetics, wellness, and personal transformation.
  • Availability for evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Lead in-person consultations using a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and close high-value treatment plans.
  • Drive revenue through relationship-based selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Educate clients on aesthetic services including laser treatments, body contouring, and injectables.
  • Utilize objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques to consistently exceed sales goals.
  • Deliver a luxury, concierge-level experience from first interaction through follow-up.
  • Manage front desk operations including scheduling, client flow, and maintaining a polished clinic environment.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and leadership to ensure a seamless, high-end client journey.
