Requirements

• Previous experience working in a dental office
• A caring, detail-oriented professional with at minimum 1 year experience in a dental office
• A candidate who values long-term career growth and wants to be part of a high-tech, patient-focused practice.

Nice To Haves

• A customer service or hospitality business background is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Warm greeting for patients - You are the first person our patients get to meet!
• Schedule appointments to production goals
• Present treatment plans and financial options
• New patient intake
• Ask for referrals and reviews
• Process payments
• Patient communication and confirmation of visits
• Send statements
• Verify insurance
• Ensure smooth office operations
• Treatment Plan Presentations
• Patient triage
• Sterilization support
• Turn over rooms
• Support for dental charting
• Provide top-tier patient care
• Provide mentorship to other team members
