About The Position

Healthy Connections Community Health Network is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join its Little Rock Midtown team. The role supports the smooth operation of a medical office by completing clerical tasks that help prepare patients for visits, arrange payments, and schedule follow-up appointments. Duties include answering calls, making appointments, managing electronic charts, gathering payment information, faxing and scanning documents, and handling fees during appointments.

Requirements

• High school education.
• Two years of experience in a medical office.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and network systems.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel to various locations and meetings.
• Problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Time-management expertise for handling co-equal support staff responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish skills (preferred, not required).
