About The Position

We are seeking a kind, professional Patient Care Coordinator for our San Francisco clinic. This role provides compassionate, patient-focused support throughout all stages of fertility care and treatment. The coordinator will communicate clearly and professionally with patients, physicians, clinical staff, and external partners regarding appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care. Maintaining knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines is essential to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance. The position requires working effectively both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when discussing sensitive or complex information with patients and families. Accurate management of patient records, scheduling, and documentation using EMR systems and standard office technology is expected. The role involves responding to questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify issues, gather information, and support timely resolutions. The coordinator will interpret and apply written, verbal, and procedural instructions accurately in a fast-paced healthcare setting, build positive working relationships with physicians, staff, vendors, and patients to support a seamless patient experience, and identify opportunities to improve clinical and administrative workflows, contributing to enhanced patient care and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least one year of medical administrative experience REQUIRED
  • EMR systems and standard office technology proficiency

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual a plus!
