Requirements

Excellent phone, text, and verbal communication skills — you love connecting with people!
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to stay organized, calm, and professional under pressure.
Customer service experience required; experience in healthcare or scheduling preferred.

Nice To Haves

Sales or customer engagement experience a plus.
Associate degree or higher preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for client scheduling, ensuring therapists’ schedules remain full and balanced.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, texts, and emails related to client scheduling, referrals, and reschedules.
Proactively reach out to families to confirm or reschedule sessions and fill open time slots.
Handle new client inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
Collaborate with therapy and administrative teams to optimize scheduling processes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in scheduling and communication systems.
Protect client confidentiality and uphold all HIPAA standards.
