About The Position
The Dental Specialists and Precision Surgery are seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join their team-oriented practice. This role is important in working with the doctor teams. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for checking in patients, scheduling patient appointments using scheduling software, verifying dental insurance, answering insurance and billing questions, and overseeing patient account management. The Dental Specialists, owned and led by doctors since 1998, are passionate about providing patient-centered care. New team members receive comprehensive training and one-on-one mentoring. Practices offer welcoming environments and are equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
