About The Position

Gulf Coast Endodontics - West University, We are currently looking for a great addition to our endodontic practice at the West University location. The main duties would include scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and assisting with treatment plans. Requirements

1-2 years of proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position.
Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.).
Strong communication and people skills.
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills.
Customer service orientation.
A high school diploma.
Desire to help patients.

Responsibilities

Making a positive and lasting first impression.
Bridging the gap between customer obsession and clerical management.
Dealing with complaints and giving accurate information.
Making guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued during their visit.
Welcoming patients to the dental office.
Maintaining accurate patient records.
Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages.
Checking, sorting, and forwarding emails.
Keeping updated records and files.
Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
Facilitating/coordinating other office responsibilities as needed.
