The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for providing patients with an exceptional care experience, ensuring a Net Promoter Score (NPS) greater than 80. This role involves coordinating and optimizing clinic scheduling to maintain full and efficient appointment flow while meeting access standards. The coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact between patients, providers, and internal teams to ensure continuity of care. Responsibilities include facilitating all stages of the patient care journey, such as scheduling, documentation, billing coordination, and communication. The role also entails managing patient inquiries promptly and compassionately across multiple channels, supporting accurate billing processes, collections, and accounts receivable activities in partnership with the billing team. Additionally, the coordinator will participate in daily huddles and weekly meetings, track and act on patient feedback and Net Promoter data, identify process improvements, and uphold confidentiality and patient rights in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards. This is an in-person role at the Murray, UT clinic.
