About The Position
This is a customer-facing position that provides the highest-quality client service and patient care at the practice. This position may require travel to any of the Five Nittany Eye Associate locations. It is not tied to any one specific location.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Personal presentation are critical to this role
- Positive, professional, and personable
- 1+ years of experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Efficiency at multi-tasking
- Proficiency with computers and basic systems
- The ability to interact with patients in a professional and friendly manner
Nice To Haves
- Experience preferred, but we are willing to train someone with good customer service skills and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Speaking with patients on the phone
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting patients
- Patient check in and out
- A variety of front desk administrative duties
