Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Patient Care Coordinator Float to join our team at Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area in Los Gatos California and float to Menlo Park, California on the weekends as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required.
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
Responsibilities
- Assist with the clinical care of fertility patients
- Provide patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions
- Provide pre and post op education
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
- Work independently to assure the program goals are achieved
- Support and promote excellence in customer service
