About The Position

Creating quotes and invoices for patient surgical services
Understanding and learning the CRM and patient pathways
Creating surgical packets
Understanding various financial platforms such as PatientFi and CareCredit
Understanding all surgical procedures and being able to speak about them in-depth
Knowledge of You Tube Channel/video/social media and reading materials
Assisting the Patient Care Coordinators with consultations while providing 5-star care and service
Scheduling of New Patient Consultations and surgical procedures

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business/Sales, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Background or experience in Sales or Business
• Strong Communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a group setting
• Basic knowledge of sales and business processes
• Proven time management, organizational and follow up skills
• Works well within the sales group- Team player!
• Flexible hours
