Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar computer systems
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking skills, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Computer Savvy
Nice To Haves
- Previous medical office or healthcare experience preferred
- Full Time Availability Preferred
- Customer service experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience both in person and over the phone
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and answering inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records within the EMR system
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information for new and returning patients
- Collect co-pays and assist with basic administrative reporting tasks
- Perform minor cleaning duties including laundry, sanitizing treatment tables, and maintaining clinic cleanliness
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines and clinic policies
- Answer calls from patients and insurance with professionalism and excellent customer service
- Assist with inventory management and supply organization
- Provide general patient services and attend to the needs of patients throughout their services
