About The Position
Scheurer Health, a critical access rural hospital, is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to work on an as needed basis.
Requirements
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Complete a Certified Nursing Assistant course
- Valid CENA Certification
- Minimum one year’s experience as a CENA in a hospital environment
- Minimum one year of experience in a clerical position.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
Responsibilities
- Follow Scheurer’s policies and procedures, participate in improving the patient and family experience.
- Provide basic patient care, and assistance to the nursing and physician staff as needed.
- Unit Clerk/Receptionist responsibilities during their shift.
- Assist outside clinical departments as needed.
