Our busy orthopedics office in American Fork, Utah is seeking a full-time patient care assistant. Successful candidate must maintain a professional image in the office and in all communications. Requirements
- Calm organized and dependable personality.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to regularly bend, reach, lift, pull and push.
- Excellent computer, telephone and communication skills.
- Previous medical experience with phlebotomy training preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus (not required).
Responsibilities
- Maintain good patient and staff relations while providing outstanding customer service.
- Prepare exam rooms and room patients.
- Manage clinic and surgery schedules for physician.
- Address patient needs post-surgery and transmit information from provider to patient.
- Timely respond to patient questions and refill requests.
- Assist with bracing and casting needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
