Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of animal handling experience.
  • Exceptional client service, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate personality.
  • Ability to read animal behavior and handle various temperaments safely.
  • Strong computer, basic math, and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Physical capability for frequent standing, walking, and occasional sitting, climbing, and kneeling.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds unaided.
  • Excellent vision and effective verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Veterinary experience preferred.
  • Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the clinic is clean and well-equipped.
  • Patient restraint and care, ensuring safety and comfort for all patients.
  • Engaging actively in the training program, developing skills that enhance the ability to support veterinary staff in delivering high-quality care.
