Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Demonstrates ability to multi-task under stressful situations.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate, collaborate and manage relationships with interdisciplinary members while maintaining patient/family centeredness and safety in a timely, efficient and equitable manner.
- BLS certification included in orientation program; successful completion required prior to first day in patient care.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Keyboard experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assists patients with delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care.
- Supports nursing practice under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
- Carries out designated activities within the scope of unlicensed nursing personnel.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living.
- Provides basic nursing care to patients.
- Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.
