Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
Proficient in using technology, including the resident charting system.

Nice To Haves

CNA or TMA certification is NOT required — we will train the right candidate
1 year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating)
Pass medications and monitor resident conditions
Support residents with dementia with compassion and respect
Assist with mobility, activities, and maintaining a clean environment
Communicate with residents, families, and team members
Document care using computers, iPads, and electronic charting systems
Complete at least 12 hours of annual in-service education and all required training.
