About The Position

Hospital Sister Health System is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our ministry float pool team, serving as a support resource to our dedicated nursing staff committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers, looking for an opportunity to deliver bedside care and support to patients in a hospital-based environment.

Requirements

• Meets educational requirements established in the state of practice.
• May perform only services for which training was received and has been found proficient by an instructor under the instructional program.
• Eligible to work as Nursing Assistant as listed on state Nurse Aide Registry.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)-Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS)-Required

• 1 Years-Healthcare Experience-Preferred
