Your job involves the scheduling of procedures, appointments, and tests, plus supporting patient visits by collecting info and making sure doctors have what they need to provide outstanding care. You enjoy meeting new people, making connections effortlessly, and making every patient feel appreciated and important. Your role is key—you're often the first face patients see in the organization, significantly shaping the patient care experience. Don't worry if you're new to patient care; with at least two years in customer service, we provide comprehensive training for you to effectively support our patients and physicians. You're proactive in embracing challenges and committed to providing exceptional service to both patients and physicians.
