About The Position

The Patient Relations Coordinator assists patients in navigating their interactions with Baptist Health and maintains patient rights by educating patients and families. Works with physicians and the health care team to improve patient care and promote positive patient, family, physician and caregiver communications. The Patient Relations Coordinator assumes accountability for the response to and resolution of patient/family complaints and concerns and provides data to hospital leadership to support recommendation for process change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 years minimum of relevant experience
