The US Oncology Network is looking for a Patient Benefits Representative to join our team at Texas Oncology. This full-time position will support the Medical and Surgical Oncology Departments at our 925 Gessner #550 clinic in Houston, Texas. Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p. Texas Oncology – Memorial City offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced oncology team focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience. The Patient Benefit Representative role allows team members to make a meaningful impact by helping patients navigate insurance, financial responsibilities, and access to care during critical moments in their treatment journey. Candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced leaders, physicians, and operational teams while gaining valuable experience within a growing and respected oncology network. We value teamwork, accountability, adaptability, and a patient-centered approach to care. This position will be a level 1 or Sr depending on relevant candidate experience.
