This position is primarily responsible for the intake of new consultations. This job scope includes collecting all patient demographics, clinical medical records, and pertinent insurance information. Requirements
- 1 year of healthcare office experience
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of healthcare office experience
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Customer service experience including answering a multi-line phone system
- Patient registration and scheduling experience in a medical setting
