About The Position
We are seeking a friendly, service‑oriented Patient Attendant to join our Patient Experience Team! In this role, you will warmly greet and assist patients, family members, and visitors while helping them navigate the hospital and clinic. You’ll play an important part in creating a welcoming, supportive, and positive experience for everyone who enters our facilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 1 year of experience working with the public
- Basic computer skills is a plus!
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, directing, escorting, and assisting patients, visitors, and families throughout the hospital and clinic.
- Transport and assist patients safely, including wheelchair assistance and escorts to departments using proper safety procedures.
- Support check‑in processes for visitors and vendors and respond to customer questions, concerns, or needs using appropriate resources.
- Monitor and maintain facility entrances and public areas, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and free of clutter.
