About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Appointment Escorts to provide essential support to individuals from their home to the location which they are expected to be i.e hospital apt, clinic, shopping. This role is vital in assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including wound care and emergency medicine, and will be committed to delivering high-quality care.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related healthcare field is preferred, particularly in settings such as Level I or Level II Trauma Centers, teaching hospitals, or inpatient care environments.
• Familiarity with geriatric care principles and emergency medicine practices is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
• Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Monitor clients' health by observing changes in physical or mental condition and reporting any concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications as prescribed and assist with mobility using appropriate techniques.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress and needs.
