About The Position

Acts as an advocate and liaison for patients and visitors at the time of arrival by greeting guests in a prompt, caring and courteous manner; providing directions, badging of visitors or escorting guests to requested areas of the hospital.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve in real time
  • Physical ability to push visitor or patient around facility in wheelchair
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • A minimum of three (3) or more years in a customer service related position required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree preferred
  • bilingual preferred
  • healthcare preferred
  • EPIC strongly preferred
