About The Position

The Patient Ambassador owns the nonclinical patient and caregiver experience throughout their time at bVital. This role provides personalized, white-glove support by welcoming patients, anticipating needs, answering appropriate nonclinical questions, helping patients navigate the clinic, and ensuring they feel informed, supported, and cared for. bVital is a regenerative medicine and brain health clinic in Park City, Utah. We work with patients navigating TBI, Parkinson's, complex chronic illness, and serious neurological conditions. Many of our patients are dealing with challenges that affect their mobility, cognition, and stamina. They are not easy cases and they are not quick visits. They need a clinical environment that takes their full experience seriously, from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. That is where this role lives.
