Requirements

  • Associate's degree required
  • Minimum two years' experience Healthcare or customer service-related field preferred
  • Patient Advocate experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
  • Strong communication skills enabling incumbent to interact successfully with patients, guests, staff and others
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft office products
  • Proficiency in Feedback Monitor Pro preferred
  • Excellent organization, creativity, latitude, independent thinking, personal judgment, and problem-solving skills
