About The Position

Finger Lakes Dental of Victor is looking for a full time Patient Advocate to join their team! We are an exceptional, fast paced dental office that seeks to provide the highest level of dentistry to each and every one of our valued patients. We pride ourselves on being a dental office that our team is excited be a part of and stand behind. Our Patient Advocates are key members and contributors to the success of the practice, greeting our patients to the office and checking them in. They also answer phones, make patient appointments, will make confirmation and follow up calls to our patients, as well as ensure our waiting area is clean and restocked.

Requirements

• Must be excited to learn new things
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to motivate and instruct patients on optimal oral health
• Understanding of how patients feel walking into a dental office and how to make them as comfortable as possible

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients to the office and checking them in
• Answering phones
• Making patient appointments
• Making confirmation and follow up calls to patients
• Ensuring the waiting area is clean and restocked
