About The Position
This is a 1.0 FTE position with a Day Shift. The starting pay ranges from $20.57 to $30.86, based on experience. Offers for external candidates are typically made between the minimum and midpoint of this range. Olmsted Medical Center values its employees and offers a comprehensive benefits package for those employed at 0.5 FTE or higher.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience required
- Excellent computer skills required
- Strong understanding of business and accounting concepts required
- Strong attention to details

Responsibilities
- Prepares daily clinic payments for bank deposit.
- Prepares branch office deposits daily.
- Works closely with branch clinics and other departments to complete all portions of deposit in a timely manner.
- Reconciles bank deposit with Clinic Posting Log for accuracy.
- Processes change requests for various OMC locations.
- Communicates daily with Finance department.
- Processes patient payments.
- Prepares bank information for Insurance Team.
- Researches clinic and hospital patient accounts for personal payment posting.
- Other duties as assigned.
