BJC HealthCare is seeking a Patient Accounts Representative II for their refunds team. This role serves as a subject matter expert in ensuring the timely review, collection, and resolution of all payor and patient accounts. The position provides ongoing analysis and review of insurance verifications and account submissions. It also facilitates the resolution of debit and credit accounts based on information gathered from insurers, physicians, hospital personnel, governmental agencies, and patients. Additionally, this position is responsible for training and mentoring junior-level staff.
