Requirements
- ATTENDANCE IS CRITICAL - Reliable team members who honor their committed schedule
- Medical office experience (preferred) OR strong customer service background
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Honest, authentic, and hardworking
- Empathetic approach to patient interactions
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Professional phone manners
- Excellent attendance and the ability to work your full committed schedule

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and make courtesy outbound calls
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances
- Assist patients with insurance-related questions
- Maintain detailed documentation of all communications
- Follow HIPAA, company, state, and federal regulations
