The role also requires completing adjustment forms, managing daily productivity, prorating patient accounts, reporting weekly to the BOD, interpreting system data for payment strategies, and assisting financial counselors. Additionally, the representative will alert Financial Counselors and the Business Office Director about benefit eligibility matters that could impact reimbursement.
