Patient Access Supervisor - Spiral Center- Days Come join a team that is providing additional services to enhance patient care. Lead a team of Patient Registrars in providing guidance in day-to-day operations, patient flow, communicating with insurances and streamlining registration processes. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years' work experience

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Strong Customer Service focus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to focus detailed, concentrated effort to multiple projects and re-establish priorities as necessary
  • Ability to effectively respond to time sensitive issues
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate activity in a busy environment within the context of a large medical center and health care delivery system.
