About The Position
Great Salt Plains Health Center is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Patient Access Specialist to support our call room operations. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and routing patients to the appropriate departments. This position serves as the primary phone contact for patients and is often the first interaction they have with our organization, making this role the voice of our company. We are seeking motivated individuals who take pride in providing high-quality customer service and can maintain accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
