About The Position
Crook County Medical Services District is currently seeking a Patient Access Specialist position for the Sundance Clinic. This position is responsible for the front desk operations of the clinic and is key partner of the overall healthcare team.
Requirements
- Excellent Customer Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Previous receptionist experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Register patients and schedule patient appointments for the clinics
- Manage and respond to clinic faxes
- Answer phones in a timely and professional manner
- Keep medical records up to date
- Handle and log clinic payments
- Complete outpatient sheets when necessary
- Other duties as assigned by clinic manager
