About The Position
As part of the Revenue Cycle, the Patient Access Specialist is responsible for adhering to strict patient safety policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies through proper patient identification, insurance verification, and financial services.
Requirements
- High school education required; some college preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong medical terminology knowledge.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency with computers.
