About The Position

Confirming demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment. Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times. Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered. Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Service work experience
  • Ability to communicate proactively and effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills
