About The Position

RAMC is looking for a Patient Access Specialist to join us at our Physicians Group Clinic. This position involves creating a welcoming and efficient experience for patients. The role includes assisting with patient check-in and scheduling, gathering and accurately entering patient information, and performing various clerical and reception duties to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Good organizational skills
• Good time management
• Excellent hand-written and oral communication skills, grammar, punctuation, and style
• Ability to work independently
• Resourceful; is aware of and utilizes the available resources
• Basic computer knowledge
• Continuously sits at a desk
• Frequently stands to perform tasks
• Occasionally push/pull with up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a hospital or other medical environment is preferred
