The Clinic Scheduling team works behind the scenes to ensure every patient is seen, every provider’s time is maximized, and the clinic operates as seamlessly as possible. This requires attention to detail and the flexibility to adjust in real-time, all while following established workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency in clinic schedules. Whether it's creating a visit to establish care, accommodating urgent appointment requests, or handling unexpected disruptions, the team manages every schedule (and reschedule) with precision, adapting to changes while ensuring a positive and professional experience for every patient.
