About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Patient Access Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of recent call center experience.
Strong data entry and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think quickly and respond professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated empathy and compassion when interacting with patients and customers.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Flexibility and adaptability to support various departments when needed.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare scheduling or patient access experience.
Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
Follow and reinforce all scheduling policies and procedures.
Communicate important appointment and case-related information to patients and team members.
Audit and complete electronic patient and case documentation in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of accuracy while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Provide professional and empathetic support to patients, peers, and leadership.
Ensure patient information is entered and maintained accurately within electronic systems.
Adapt to changing priorities and assist in different departments as needed.
