The Patient Access Representative serves as the initial point of contact for patients and caregivers, offering crucial support during what can be life-changing events. This role involves scheduling appointments, performing pre-registration and registration for both new and existing patients, and guiding patients to additional external financial resources. The representative also assists patients with scheduling inquiries and questions for providers, while ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory agencies by securing necessary consents. This is a full-time, non-exempt, and benefits-eligible position.
