This position offers a dynamic blend of patient registration, scheduling, customer service, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Team members work closely with providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive timely, coordinated care. Responsibilities include patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, financial counseling, referral and authorization coordination, and managing multi-line phone communications. Additional opportunities may include telehealth coordination, hospital admissions, patient financial assistance support, and health information management activities. Previous customer service experience is preferred, and experience in a medical office setting or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
