About The Position

Role: Patient Access Representative Location: 330 Brookline Ave, Boston, MA 02215 Contract Duration: 13-week contract with unlimited extension based on performance Work Schedule: 40 hours work/week Shift: 8hrs; Day Shift from 8:00AM - 4:30PM Pay rate: Starts at $23/hour FACILITY/CLIENT OVERVIEW: Our client is one of the newest contributors in healthcare industry offering state of the art integrated system for patient care. Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.
Associate's degree preferred.
1-3 years related work experience required.
Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
Call Center and/or telephone customer service experience.
Strong typing skills 40+wpm.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Bilingual written and verbal communication skills
